Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our tea and food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product package has been opened or used.

A return or replacement request may be considered if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product received is different from your confirmed order.
• The package was damaged during delivery.

Return Request

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order if there is an issue with the product. You may be required to provide your order details along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
• Products returned without their original packaging.
• Products without valid order or purchase details.

Refunds

If a refund is approved after verification, it will be processed through the applicable payment method. The time required for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability and verification of the request.

Shipping Charges

Shipping or return charges, where applicable, will depend on the reason for the return or replacement. Details will be communicated after reviewing the request.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
